1. Return Policy
1.1 Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. The return request must be initiated within this window.
1.2 Eligible Return Conditions
Products are eligible for return only if:
- The item received is defective or damaged
- The item received is incorrect (wrong product or model)
- The item is missing accessories or components as listed
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions (marked as non-returnable)
- Software licenses, digital downloads, or activation keys
1.4 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our support team will verify your request within 2–3 business days
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Please pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories
1.5 Return Shipping
In case of defective or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by us. For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. Refunds will not be processed for products that do not meet our return eligibility criteria.
2.2 Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing time may add an additional 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
2.3 Refund Modes
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or wallet). In exceptional cases, refunds may be issued as store credit.
2.4 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where only part of an order is returned or if the product is returned in a condition other than its original state.
2.5 Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders where delivery was refused without valid reason
- Products returned without prior RMA approval
- Digital products or software licences once activated
